Fall Swap Goodies!

After a long day at work yesterday I came home to find two packages waiting for me! The first was all of my Tastefully Simple goodies, which is awesome....I can't wait to start cooking and eating all that delicious stuff! Second was my fall swap package from Heather over at Rains Rantings. I was so excited to bust it open!!

1. A totally awesome pumpkin smelling candle. I can't wait to light it and make my house smell like fall!

2. Pumpkin coffee...which just goes to show that Heather really does stalk my Twitter and Instagram!

3. Beware sign. Which is funny because I almost got her the same one!

4. Cute pumpkin bowl that looks awesome on my mantle.

5. Scarf. It's going to be perfect the next few weeks....it's so cold in our office!

6. Totally cute coasters! Now I have no excuse for the circles on my end table!

This is totally embarrassing to admit...I dropped the ball on my own swap! First, it took forever for my partner to receive her package. Then, I planned to blog about my goodies while I was on vacation. And now it's almost three weeks later and I'm finally blogging about it. I promise this isn't how I usually conduct swaps!

My partner was Amanda from Bringing up Allie. Her blog is totally cute...and she was a great (and understanding!) swap partner. Look at the goodies she sent me!

Amanda must have been reading my mind on SO many of these things! I desperatly needed mascara and was running low on paper for grocery lists! Also, I looooove the smell of the body lotion and the colors of the nail polish! I currently have my cup filled up with a yummy drink and am already wearing the pretty necklace!

Thank you so much Amanda. And I am so sorry it's taking you so long for you to get yours! It's on the way!!

My Goodies!

Sometimes I literally wait for the mailman. Like, sit on the couch and wait to see him walk by and knock on the door. I love mail time...especially when I'm waiting for a package! Yesterday he delivered my summer swap package from Elizabeth over at City Lights  & Camo Nights.

Does anything amaaaaaazing stick out to you in that picture? OH YES! Starbucks gift card! Clearly Elizabeth knows that caffeine runs through my veins!

She also sent me a note telling me why she picked each thing....

So, first the nail polish. I think this shade of pink screams show me off and is perfect for summer!

Next, I had to get the cup with tree straw. Perfect for chillen at night with your favorite beverage!

The Turble Twist I thought would just be kind of funny. Relax in the bath with your hair up. Speaking of which, the vanilla sandalwood scent reminds me of relaxing on a summer night!

And lastly who doesn't love Starbucks!?

the mailman had a package for me!

My swap partner was Kendra from Kendra Diaries. I love my package! It had a little bit of everything in it..and all things I will use!

Accessory Swap!

You all know I'm a sucker for a good swap! I recently participated in an accessory swap over at Teaching in Heels. I was partnered up with Pamela from Over 50 Feeling 40.

This might have been the hardest swap I've done! When I hosted the summer swap...I could get anything involving summer. And the fall swap was just as easy! Knowing I could only get accessories was hard! I think Pam will like part of her package...the other part might have been a far reach! I tried really really hard though!

Pamela on the other hand got me some totally gorgeous stuff! And everything matched the outfit I was already wearing! Super cute earrings, bracelet and scarf. Thank you so much! I love everything!

YAY! Fall Swap Package!

First, I want to thank everyone who participated in the swap! 48 people signed up for the swap...and I'm really hoping that all 48 got awesome packages!

I was paired up with Ashley Amazing. I love love love my package! It's always good getting stuff in a swap that you will actually use!

I got a super cute Halloween card, a candy corn/witch/pumpkin votive holder, an amaaaazing smelling pumpkin pie candle (I wonder if she knows thats my favorite smell!) a cute plate (I can picture cookies on it!), a cookbook (mmmm the cheesecake on the front makes my moth water) cookie cutters, trick-or-treat dish towels, and Breast Cancer Awareness pens!
